The Role
As Home Manager, you’ll bring your expertise, leadership, and drive to:

About You
We’re looking for an inspirational leader with a track record of success in elderly care. You don’t need to be nurse qualified, but you must bring:
Proven experience as a Home Manager in an elderly nursing home
Deep understanding of CQC criteria, with a history of achieving ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ reports
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to thrive in the private market
Natural leadership qualities: confident, positive, and able to inspire a team
RGN, RMN, Nurse qualification required - Essential
Passion and determination to make a real difference to residents’ lives
