Beth joined Compass Associates’ Specialist Care Division in October after six years as an Occupational Therapist, gaining experience across both NHS hospital and community service settings in the North of England.

Beth now focuses exclusively on specialist education. Her typical assignments include operations, quality, and business development, as well as recruiting teaching staff and therapy professionals.
