The Candidate                                        

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join a dedicated MSK team of clinicians in the Harrow area.  

The candidate will need to be an experienced Physiotherapist with a current registration to the HCPC and CSP. You must have a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience working in the MSK, ideally in the NHS.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a flexible, proactive approach to delivering first class MSK services. Training is provided and there are career development opportunities throughout the company.

Duties

• To work alongside therapy colleagues and the wider MDT in meeting the needs of people who require physiotherapy assessment and treatment to provide a high standard of physiotherapy care.
• To perform advanced physiotherapy assessments of patients including those with diverse and complex presentations/multi-pathologies and use advanced clinical reasoning skills and manual assessment techniques to provide an accurate diagnosis of their condition and to deliver an individualised treatment programme.
• To provide a high standard of physiotherapy care and undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner.
• The post holder is responsible for their own caseload and the frequency of their treatment sessions as well as being jointly responsible for a defined area of service working without direct supervision.
• The post holder is also responsible for the prioritisation of their personal work load whilst balancing patient need against their available work time. 

Hours

This permanent role offers 40 hours per week, with the service open Monday to Saturday. Working days are flexible, and a condensed working week across four days is available.
