Compass Associates is proud to partner with a leading provider of physiotherapy, mental health, and MSK services to the public sector. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a Business Development Consultant to drive strategic growth and build strong partnerships across key healthcare sectors.
The Role:
As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new contracts within the NHS, Trusts, ICBs, and wider government healthcare services. You will lead on tendering processes, develop stakeholder relationships, and contribute to long-term business strategy.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional with a strong track record in public sector business development. You will have experience in securing large-scale NHS and ICB contracts and a deep understanding of healthcare commissioning and funding models.

This is a home-based role with UK-wide travel and monthly visits to the Ipswich HQ for team meetings.
