Business Partnerships Coordinator – Children’s Residential and Education Services

Commercial Team 

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 + Full Benefits 

Location: Hybrid – Slough

 

Compass Associates are proud to be partnering with a prominent UK provider of specialist care and education services for children to recruit for a Bid/Tender Coordinator within their Commercial Team.

 

This pivotal role ensures the smooth operation of the team responsible for generating income across the organisation’s residential and educational services. You will play a vital part in driving growth by managing CRM data, supporting the referral process, contributing to marketing, and liaising with Local Authorities (LAs) to maximise occupancy.

 

As an experienced coordinator within a commercial or data-driven role, you’ll assist in managing key processes, including tenders, frameworks, and LA contracts. With a focus on data analysis and reporting, this role will support strategic decision-making and help identify new business opportunities, ensuring continued service delivery and growth.

 

Location:

The organisation is known for its hybrid working model, with flexibility to work remotely alongside visits to the office as needed. Regular travel to schools, homes, or events across the country may be required.

Is commutable from Ealing, Ruislip, Harrow, Watford, High Wycombe, Slough, Maidenhead, Windsor, Bracknell, Marlow, and most of North and West London.

 

Package:

Salary is £40,000 p/a with a comprehensive benefits package

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead on data analysis from CRM systems (Pipedrive and Arbor) to inform commercial strategy 

- Support the SPD and team with LA referrals, tenders, and frameworks 

- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive business objectives 

- Contribute to marketing initiatives, including managing databases and website updates 

- Support with data reporting for Commercial Board meetings 

- Assist with Local Authority consultations and framework submissions 

 

Requirements:

- Proficient in CRM systems and data management 

- Ideally a School Business Manager or Referrals Manager within the Children's, Education or SEMH sectors

- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and data visualization 

- Experience in a commercial, health, or education sector is advantageous 

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail 

- Ability to travel independently and occasionally stay overnight
