Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum + performance bonus

The Role
Compass Associates are working alongside a valued client who operate across England with a portfolio of elderly care homes, providing a mixture of nursing, residential and dementia care. They currently have a vacancy within a care home located in Hull and are seeking a seasoned Registered Manager to join the team.
The home benefits from a strong internal support structure and holds an excellent reputation in the community. The role will be based on-site within the home and working hours are forty hours a week. It is an excellent opportunity for an existing manager who is keen to challenge themselves within a larger setting.
Candidate
You’ll bring hands-on experience of managing a care home day to day, with a solid understanding of CQC regulations, governance and compliance requirements, and a proven ability to maintain high standards in a regulated environment. You’ll have a good grasp of occupancy management, budgetary control and staff retention, alongside the confidence to build and maintain strong relationships with local commissioners, healthcare professionals and community partners.
This role would suit a visible leader who enjoys developing people and building high-performing teams. You’ll be passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred dementia care, able to inspire and upskill your team, and committed to creating a positive, supportive environment where residents feel valued and staff are proud to work.

The role is commutable from: Hornsea, Withernsea, Hull, Brough, Goole, Selby, Pocklington, Market Weighton, Driffield and Beverley.
