The Role
Compass Associates are pleased to be partnering with a fantastic client within the North-East. The group are a leading care company who are looking for an experienced manager to join their team. This opportunity joins a medium to large bedded care home providing residential, nursing and dementia care to elderly residents.
With a ‘GOOD’ CQC report and an excellent community reputation, it is an ideal role for someone that is keen to join a service performing well and identify ways drive quality care further.
Candidate
Previous management experience within an elderly care home is an essential, along with an active nursing pin. (RGN, RMN, RNLD). The provider are looking to find a personable, driven individual who holds a keen eye for detailed care plans and is passionate about maintaining compliance.
A strong business acumen will be key to ensuring the home runs successfully, though support within the role will be provided through a solid senior management structure. The chosen manager will be able to develop strong relationships with regulators, commissioners, residents and their family members.

The role is commutable from: Stockton-on-Tees, Middlesbrough, Redcar, Darlington, Hartlepool, Newton Aycliffe, Durham, Thornaby, Guisborough, Durham, Bishop Auckland and Peterlee.
Summary
My client is seeking an (RGN, RMN, RNLD) with previous management experience within an elderly care home to join a service based in Stockton. You’ll hold good knowledge of CQC requirements, be passionate and positive whilst leading a team, and strive to provide tailored person centred care to each resident.
