Together we are seeking a strong headed and enthusiastic Care Manager to join their Supported Living service in the Crawley area to support those with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Mental Health needs. This is a great opportunity to lead a dedicated team and contribute to the well-being and development of the residents in your care.

Location
This role is based near Crawley and commutable from Horsham, Mertham, Southwater, Redhill, Horley and Cranleigh.
Requirements
Interview process
1st stage - Face to face/Teams interview at the service / head office with the Area Manager and the Recruitment Manager
2nd stage - Face to face at the service with the Area Manager and meet some of the team/service users
