Compass Associates are currently working with a large and established provider of Neurological Services in the UK. We're seeking an experienced leader in either residential or hospital settings to take charge of the daily operations and hold the CQC Registration for a large (32 bed) rehab service which provides both long term support and short term intensive rehab for those with complex neurological conditions and acquired brain injury. The service offers a range of nursing and therapy services including a fully equipped gym, music and art therapy rooms and occupational therapy rooms.
The Role
Due to the service being a newly acquired site, part of the role will be to integrate though aligning the wider organisations systems, processes and policies. It will also be responsible for driving service and quality improvements to ensure the service meets/exceeds all regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.

Ipswich, Suffolk
Criteria
Essential to have management experience within a similar setting (residential or hospital) for those with complex health conditions.
Extensive knowledge of CQC Regulations and demonstrable experience of achieving a minimum of a GOOD overall rating in previous inspections.
You must have a relevant NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management qualification.
Clear DBS
Own transport and clean Driver's License
