Overview

Compass Associates are searching on behalf of a growing behavioral health organization in search for a Chief Executive Officer within the states of Arkansas.

The successful individual will have responsibilities to look over several locations within the state offering level of care for adults with SUD within residential treatment, detox, PHP, IOP and OP.

As the Chief Executive Officer, we are searching for someone who has experience within the behavioral health sector, who has exposure of managing multiple facilities, with strong operations and commercial experience.

You will report directly into the Chairperson and have oversight for all employees within the organization.

Criteria

• You must have a minimum of 4 years executive experience
• It's essential you have a background within behavioral health
• You will need to have experience within operations and have commercial awareness
• It's desirable to have a clinical background
• Experience of managing multiple facilities

Compensation

Salary is up to $150,000, depending upon experience.

On top of your basic, there will be a bonus.

Interview Process

There will be up  to 3 stages of interviews.

1st Stage - Informal / Exploratory conversation with the Chairperson via Teams

2nd Stage - Formal interview with a panel via Teams

3rd Stage - Final 2 candidates will be invited back for a further formal interview and presentation via Teams.
