Summary:

The Role of Deputy Manager:
As Deputy Manager, you’ll be responsible for the operational management of your home, ensuring it meets the highest standards of care and compliance. You will lead, inspire, and support your team to provide child-focused, trauma-informed care that promotes positive outcomes.
You will:

Deputise for the Registered Manager and oversee the day-to-day running of the home.

Lead shifts, manage rotas, and supervise staff performance and development.

Safeguard and promote the welfare and well-being of children and young people.

Develop and maintain individual care plans and ensure they are implemented effectively.

Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and external agencies.

Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and Ofsted regulations.
What We’re Looking For

NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).

Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in residential childcare.

Full manual driving licence.
