Overview
Compass Associates is currently working with one of the UK’s leading children’s national providers providing therapy-led care enabling young people to grow and prosper throughout their lives. Together we’re looking for a Children’s Registered Manager to overlook a six-bed residential home in the Wisbech area.
This exciting opportunity means you’ll be running this Children’s Residential Service working alongside a team of experienced support workers, senior workers and deputy managers to ensure each child receives the best care. As the Registered Manager you’ll be the driving force at the heart of this team that makes a difference to children’s lives.
Work Pattern
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, however you’ll also be on the on call rota which means the ideal candidate must be flexible with their working hours.
Location
The position is based in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire.
Commutable from Kings Lynn, Downham Market, Peterborough and Boston.
Criteria
Interview
The first interview will be informal over the phone with a residential director. The second stage is a formal interview ideally in an in person setting, however virtual can be accommodated as well.
Salary and Benefits
The role is paying up to £45,000 and £55,000 per annum.
Holiday Allowance
32 days annual leave including bank holidays
