Are you an experienced clinical leader in Mental Health, seeking an opportunity to step into a senior management role with scope for growth and progression?

Compass Associates are proud to be working with a leading and highly respected provider of specialist mental health services in the search for a Clinical Services Manager.
As Clinical Services Manager, you will oversee clinical and operational services, managing a team of dedicated professionals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. You will act as a clinical expert, providing exceptional leadership and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and governance frameworks.
You will play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of clinical interventions and treatment strategies, evaluating their effectiveness through clinical governance and audit. Additionally, you will support the multidisciplinary team to foster collaboration and ensure an outstanding service for service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment, development, and management of a highly skilled clinical workforce.
- Drive the effective implementation of the clinical services business plan, including staffing, budgets, and resources.
- Foster strong working relationships with external stakeholders, referrers, and prospective partners.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and maintain high-quality standards aligned with CQC requirements.
- Evaluate clinical services and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote collaborative working practices across the multidisciplinary team.
Criteria
- A relevant professional qualification with NMC, HCPC, or Social Work England registration.
- Evidence of continuous professional development in mental health care.
- Comprehensive knowledge of statutory regulations and CQC compliance.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, such as Ward Manager or equivalent.
- Strong financial and people management skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional care and fostering a supportive work environment.
Interview Process
This is a two-stage process:
- Initial interview including a brief presentation (via MS Teams).
- Final stage interview – further details to be provided prior to interview.
Package
- Salary of £60,000.
