Compass Recruitment are proud to be working exclusively with a valued client in their recruitment for an experienced Clinical Compliance Manager for their nursing care homes within the Brighton area. This is a chance to join a growing family run provider, commercially strong, purpose-built facility with solid foundations, and a focus on exceptional elderly nursing and dementia care.
This role would suit a clinical professional passionate about governance and quality who has experience driving clinical compliance in a care home setting. You will focus on maintaining the highest standards of clinical compliance, supporting CQC readiness, leading audits, policy development, risk management and ensuring regulatory excellence across the home.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must be a qualified nurse (RGN or RMN) and ideally have prior experience as a Registered Manager and have proven experience in clinical compliance, governance or related senior clinical roles. You will need a strong understanding of CQC regulations and the ability to maintain compliant, high-quality standards.
You must have excellent organisational and communication skills and provide evidence of capability to lead compliance initiatives. The position requires a confident, proactive person who can work autonomously, support the wider team, ensure first-class standards are always upheld and understand the expectations of working within a high-end, purpose-built environment.

The homes are based in the Greater Brighton area and would be a suitable commute from Brighton, Hove, Lewes, Shoreham-by-Sea, Worthing, Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Newhaven, Peacehaven, Seaford and surrounding areas.
