Are you a Senior Veterinary Surgeon looking to lead a group of practices?
Oversee a large team in the Scottish countryside?
Remit:
A growing group of veterinary surgeries is seeking a new Clinical Director to oversee all clinicians, nurses & support staff and elevate our pioneering aptitude to deliver high quality veterinary care. The new Clinical Director will need to have previous experience managing / leading a team, excellent clinical skills within GP work and have a good business acumen / understanding of practice finances.
The practices offer a diverse and dramatic mix of services. These include neutering, parasite treatment, acupuncture, weight management, physio + hydrotherapy, laser therapy, great mix of diagnostics, orthopaedics and dentistry. Across the sites, we do see Small Animals, offer Equine services, and see Farm Animals. For the Clinical Director role, we are seeking clinicians confident in SA treatments over farm / equine vets.
Our new Clinical Director would have ultimate oversight of commercial performance, clinical quality, staff recruitment & retention, and pushing the team to offer the best service possible.

All of our practices are within a 30-minute drive of one another and are based primarily across the Scotland / England border.
