Home-based with travel

Salary: £55,000 + £4,000 car allowance (may be negotiable DOE)

Remit

Compass Associates are excited to be working with a nationwide provider of rehabilitation and case management services, to recruit a full time permanent Clinical Lead.   

This is mainly a remote role where you’d join an existing team of Clinical Leads and oversee both Employed and Associate Case Managers for either their Rehabilitation or Catastrophic Case Management Division. As Clinical Lead, your role will involve mentoring, supporting and advising Case Managers (both face to face and remotely) to ensure high quality case management is being delivered. Although a leadership role, you will still hold you own small clinical caseload of clients who have backgrounds of either multi-trauma, orthopaedic or catastrophic injuries.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Case Manager who has experience mentoring, supervising or training new/Junior Case Managers, as you’d be part of the leadership team but also maintain a small clinical element to your work. Although home-based, you will be required to travel to visit clients, deliver staff training and meet with your team of Case Managers. You will also be involved in clinical audits, networking events

Location: As this is home-based role, the successful candidate can be based anywhere in country but must be happy to travel to visit clients and Case Managers.  

Candidate

The successful candidate must have:

• A degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Physiotherapy or Nurses
• HCPC or NMC registration
• Experience training, supervising and/or managing other Case Managers a multidisciplinary team/junior colleagues
• At least 3 years’ experience working as a Case Manager within the medico-legal sector (either multi-trauma or catastrophic injuries)

Interview Process

Informal conversation followed by a formal interview with the Clinical Manager and Head of Operations.
