Job Title: Clinical Lead - Paediatric Complex Care at Home

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum + mileage

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Northwest and Southwest London (Remote & Field-based)

Overview:

Compass Associates are thrilled to partner with a growing provider of complex care at home. Together, we are seeking a Clinical Lead to oversee paediatric complex care packages across Northwest and Southwest London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded specialist in community-based care, supporting children and young adults with conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, Brain Injury, and Neuromuscular Disorders.

In this role, you will manage a caseload of children and young adults receiving complex care in their homes. You will work closely with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, personalised care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Case Management – Oversee paediatric complex care packages across Camden, Enfield, Wembley, Twickenham, Hounslow, and Richmond.
• Clinical Governance – Ensure care plans, risk assessments, and staff competencies meet regulatory standards.
• Family & Staff Support – Provide guidance and training to families and care staff on tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and PEG feeding.
• Collaboration – Work with internal teams, external agencies, and care coordinators to ensure seamless patient support.
• Quality Assurance – Conduct regular reviews, clinical assessments, and supervisions to maintain outstanding complex care delivery.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RSCN/RCN) – Active UK NMC pin required.
• Paediatric Experience – Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospital or complex care setting.
• Clinical Skills – Competency in tracheostomy care, ventilation, and PEG feeding is required.
• Community Nursing Background – Experience in district nursing or home-based care is necessary.
• Car Driver – A valid UK driving licence and access to a car is essential for travel between client locations.

Region:

The remit covers Camden, Enfield, Wembley, Twickenham, Hounslow, and Richmond. This role is remote 2/3 days per week, with visits to clients for the remaining of the week. You will need to come into the office once a month for team meetings and training.
