Contract: Full time | Permanent | 40 hours per week
Salary: £52000 per annum
Shift Pattern:
• 3 clinical shifts of 12 hours
• 1 supernumerary shift of 4 hours
• Alternative weekend
• On call

About the Role
Compass Associates are supporting a well respected elderly nursing service in Poole to recruit a Clinical Lead RGN. This position is ideal for an experienced Senior Nurse or existing Clinical Lead who wants to focus on clinical quality, nursing leadership and care delivery.
You will work closely with a highly skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about high standards, staff support and resident wellbeing. The successful candidate will help uplift clinical performance, support the nursing team, strengthen care plans and contribute to a positive and accountable culture.
About the Service
The service provides a warm relaxed and homely environment where dignity independence and person centred care are central to everything they do. The team supports older adults with a variety of needs including physical disabilities sensory impairment stroke COPD Parkinsons palliative care convalescent support and general nursing care.
The home is medium size.
The service uses digital care plans and places high value on involving residents families and loved ones in their care planning. A holistic wellbeing programme based on mind body and soul supports emotional social and physical wellness.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical leadership to nursing and care teams
• Improve care planning documentation and audit quality
• Support governance safeguarding and risk management
• Ensure compliance with CQC expectations and internal standards
• Promote resident choice involvement and holistic care
• Participate in the on call rota
Candidate Requirements
• Registered General Nurse RGN with an active NMC Pin
• Elderly care home experience essential
• NHS experience welcomed
• Confident leading nurses and overseeing clinical delivery
• Strong clinical judgement communication and mentoring skills
Location
The service is located in Poole Dorset and is commutable from Bournemouth Christchurch Wimborne Wareham Corfe Mullen Swanage and surrounding areas.
