Hours: 44hrs
Remit
Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Night Manager to work in their well performing nursing home based in the Liverpool area. This home provides care for nursing and dementia residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, nurse management experience as well as having strong clinical skills.
The Candidate
This role is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Nurse looking to take a step up in their clinical career or a Clinical Lead looking for a new challenge. The candidate is required to have previous experience in the nursing home setting, strong clinical knowledge and a passion for elderly and dementia care.
Requirements
- Qualified Nurse (RGN)
- Previous Nursing Home experience
- Elderly/Dementia Nursing experience
- Strong Clinical Skills
- Genuine passion for elderly care
- Leadership experience within a senior nurse capacity
Interview Process
There is a 2-stage interview process:
Stage 1 – Pre- screening
Stage 2 – face to face, formal interview.
Location
This role is based in the Liverpool area and is easily commutable from Prescot, Whiston, Rainhill, Tarbock Hill, Halewood, Knowsley, Kirkby & Bootle.
