Compass Associates are delighted to be working with a leading private healthcare provider in their search for a Clinical Pharmacist to join a close-knit team within their hospital based in Southampton. The 70-bed hospital offers internationally renowned care to patients across the south of England, treating a range of conditions across Cardiac, Oncology and critical care as well dealing with a range of different surgeries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing both dispensary and ward-based care across the hospital, providing support to a multidisciplinary team across stages of patient care. They will be ensuring the pharmacy department operates in a timely and consistent manner whilst overseeing the general running of the service, providing clinical input where necessary.
This role has a range of development opportunities available, with support and training provided for both clinical understanding and localised processes. The hospital are happy to consider candidates coming from GP or community backgrounds.

Requirements
- Degree in Pharmacy MPharm, BSc or BPharm
- GPHC Registration
- Passion for high quality care
- Motivated individual
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- High sense of personal responsibility
Location
The hospital is located in Southampton - commutable from Winchester, Portsmouth, Fareham, Salisbury & Bournemouth.
