Clinical Training Lead | Elderly & Dementia Nursing Home | Barnet
Location: North London
Salary: £60,000 per annum
Hours: 40 per week
Qualification: RGN or RMN preferred
The Role
Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client who are seeking to appoint a Clinical Training Lead for one of their elderly and dementia nursing homes in the North London area.
This is a pivotal role where you will ensure all nursing and care staff are fully trained, competent, and aligned with best practice standards. You will lead on training delivery, clinical competency assessments, and quality initiatives, while working closely with the management team to uphold excellent standards of care.
The Candidate
We are looking for a passionate and experienced nurse who thrives on developing others and ensuring care quality remains outstanding.
RGN / RMN qualification (essential)
Previous experience leading or supervising a nursing team
Strong clinical skills and knowledge base
Experience in training and/or quality assurance roles desirable
Genuine passion for elderly and dementia care
Location
This role is based in Barnet and is commutable from, Enfield, Finchley, Mill Hill, Potters Bar, Borehamwood and Surrounding areas
