Role Overview
Compass Associates is partnering with a leading care provider to recruit an experienced Commissioning / Home Manager for a large elderly care home
This senior role is ideal for someone with experience in commissioning and managing complex care services. You will oversee service delivery, ensure compliance with CQC standards, manage budgets, and drive quality outcomes while supporting and developing your team.
About You
Possess a strong understanding of CQC standards and have a track record of achieving compliant or ‘Good’ CQC inspections
Bring commercial awareness with proven experience managing budgets and ensuring financial sustainability.
Be a confident and motivational leader, able to manage teams, foster positive staff culture, and maintain high standards of person-centred care.
Be proactive, strategic, and driven to improve services and make a tangible difference to residents’ lives.
Key Requirements
Proven commissioning or care home management experience
Experience leading large care services
Strong knowledge of staff management and organisational culture
In-depth understanding of CQC regulations and compliance history
Commercial and operational management experience

The home is based in Oadby commutable locations Loughborough, Hinckley, Market Harborough, Melton Mowbray, Thurlaston, Great Glen, Houghton on the Hill, Anstey, Wigston and Desford
