 Commissioning Manager – Residential Care

Location: Hastings, East Sussex

Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum + bonus

 

About the Role

Compass Associates are delighted to partner with a valued client in the search for a Commissioning Home Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new, luxury residential care home in Hastings. This state-of-the-art facility will provide specialist residential and dementia care for up to 66 residents, setting a new standard for high-quality elderly care in East Sussex.

 

 

The Ideal Candidate

We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic leader with a strong background in residential home management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record in commissioning new homes
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and local authority processes
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team
  • Excellent relationship-building skills within the local community

 

Key Requirements

  • Passion for delivering high-quality elderly and dementia care
  • Extensive experience in commissioning and managing care homes
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures & CQC compliance
  • Budget management experience
