Overview:
Compass Associates is pleased to be collaborating with a rapidly expanding specialist provider of home-care services for people with complex needs across the nation. The providers are leading in the provision of personalised, robust care packages that cover a range of diagnoses such as Neurological Rehab like Brain Injuries, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health, among other conditions.
After being established in 2015, the company is continuously developing their care provision, and in order to match their significant growth, Compass Associates are collaborating with them to seek an RGN or RMN qualified nurse, experienced with case management, to join their multi-skilled team as a Community Clinical Lead.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of complex care clients, liaise with the multidisciplinary team and provide mentorship for the care teams.
Location:
The role requires hybrid working, with time spent working from home and within your remit in the adjoining counties of Somerset and Devon.
Hence, this position is commutable from Bristol, Bath, Plymouth, Barnstaple, Exeter, Taunton, Weston-Super-Mare, Bridgwater, Glastonbury, Yeovil, Bristol, Warminster, Salisbury, Exeter, Lyme Regis and other surrounding areas.
Criteria:
- A valid NMC registration - RGN or RMN qualified
- Case Management Experience
- Experience of working within a learning disabilities or mental health environment
- Must possess a clean UK driving licence
Shift Pattern:
Mon - Fri, 37.5 hours per week. You will manage your own diary.
Interview Process:
This will be a two-stage process, both accommodating virtual meetings with the COO and/or Head of Nursing. The 1st stage will be an informal chat, and the 2nd stage being a more formal interview.
Salary and Benefits:
This Community Clinical Lead position pays up to £45,000 per annum + mileage, depending on experience and qualifications, and includes an industry-leading benefit package:
