Overview:
At Compass Associates, we're proud to partner with one of the UK's leading providers of specialized community-based care. Our client boasts a track record of excellence, harnessing the expertise of multi-disciplinary teams, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social care managers, and nurses, to craft personalized care packages that meet all the unique needs of their clients.
Founded in the late 2000s, our client continues to expand through strategic acquisitions of like-minded providers, ensuring that our commitment to excellence is unwavering. They are renowned for prioritizing the ongoing professional development of their employees and maintaining strong values.
To uphold these principles, Compass Associates is collaborating with our client to find an experienced Community Clinical Lead who will seamlessly integrate into their skilled multidisciplinary team and expertly manage a caseload of complex care clients in the community.
Shift Pattern:
As a Community Clinical Lead, you will be expected to work a typical Mon – Fri, 9AM – 5PM shift pattern, at an average of 37.5 hours per week.
The role offers hybrid working, where you manage your own diary in working from home and being in the field to visit the packages.
Location:
The role is hybrid, so in addition to working from home, you will be managing a caseload of clients (mainly adults, but if you have paediatric experience, then they may be allocated as well) who are within a commutable radius from Woking.
The vision will be to tailor the geographic caseload based on the successful candidate’s location, but ideally accessing the North London / Hertfordshire & Buckinghamshire area (e.g., Luton) and the South coast (Sussex) would be optimal; hence making Woking (Surrey) a central location.
Desired Criteria:
- RGN or Dual Qualified Nurse with a valid NMC registration
- 2 years post-qualification experience (minimum)
- Experience of working within a similar setting such as ICU, ITU, HDU, CCU OR community complex care
Interview Process:
This will be a one-stage process carried out virtually with the Operations Manager.

This Community Clinical Lead position pays between £40,000 and £43,000, depending on experience and qualifications, and includes an industry-leading benefit package:
