£39,000 DOE plus mileage OR company car and fuel card

Full time / Permanent - 37.5 Hours - Days Only                         

Crawley - travel throughout Surrey and Sussex (but only within working hours)

This is UK's largest and most established clinical homecare company and we are in search for a dedicated and passionate nurse to join the team! You will be working in partnership with local NHS trusts and hospitals along with private GPs to provide care to patients in the comfort of their own homes, to help prevent unnecessary re-admissions to hospitals; therefore promoting a smooth recovery and timely discharge for patients!                            

Day to day you will see between 3 and 6 patients and you can be travelling for up to 1 hour between patients.                                                                                    

This is a community-based position meaning you will be expected to travel. The role will entail administration of IV antibiotics, assessing patient's recovery and refer if needed, assisting patients with their daily activities and also assisting with any medications.

What you can bring:                                                               

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be a qualified RGN with at least 12 months post registration experience working in a clinical setting, however this company provides advanced and high quality training. You will need to be competent in IV medication administration.                         

Working in the community you will be providing care to a very mixed caseload of patients so you must be able to communicate well, have a kind and empathetic nature and be able to work independently under pressure. You must also have a full UK driver's license                                             

Working Hours:                           

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week working 7.5 hours a day over 5 days - 8AM to 5/6PM (mainly Monday to Friday), with occasional weekend work.     

Location:                              

You will be travelling within the catchment area of the local NHS hospitals across Surrey and Sussex.
