What You'll Do:

• Lead the delivery of Tier 3 ENT services in community clinics

• Conduct outpatient assessments, diagnostics, and minor ENT procedures

• Supervise and mentor ENT GPwERs and support their CPD

• Review complex cases, triage referrals, and participate in joint teaching clinics

• Attend clinical governance meetings and contribute to audits and pathway development

• Support service development and guideline improvement

About You:

• GMC-registered Consultant ENT Surgeon

• On the specialist register (or within 6 months of CCT)

• Passionate about outpatient and community ENT care

• Skilled in delivering safe, evidence-based ENT practice

• Confident in supervising clinicians and contributing to service leadership

• Interest in teaching and clinical governance welcomed
