Cosmetic Theatre Practitioner – Dual Skilled - Private Hospital
Location: West London
Salary: Up to £42,000 + Pension, Annual Leave, and Company Benefits
Work Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (07:30 - 17:30), Monday to Sunday

Compass Associates is proud to partner with a renowned Private Cosmetic Hospital in West London that is currently recruiting for a Theatre Practitioner to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growing, dynamic environment. Ideally, we are seeking a practitioner capable of covering Scrub, Anaesthetics or Recovery for cosmetic procedures.
The hospital specialises in both surgical and non-surgical procedures and takes a personalised approach to delivering exceptional results for each patient. With a focus on excellent customer service and client satisfaction, they are known for their friendly, tailored care.
The Role:
As part of a highly skilled Theatre team, the successful candidate will provide effective, patient-centered care and ensure smooth operational flow in the department. The team performs a range of cosmetic procedures, including Breast Augmentation, Breast Reconstruction, Liposuction, Tummy Tuck, and Rhinoplasty, among others.
While previous experience in cosmetic surgery is advantageous, candidates who are passionate about developing their skills in this area will also be considered. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an NMC pin or an Anaesthetics-trained ODP registered with the HCPC.

You’ll be working closely with a supportive, hard-working team made up of clinical staff, consultants, and other healthcare professionals. Excellent communication skills are key to ensuring the highest standards of patient care in line with the company’s values.

Salary & Benefits:
The salary is competitive, with a base of up to £40,000, negotiable depending on experience. Additional benefits include 33 days of annual leave (including time off over Christmas), a pension plan, training courses, and team-building days.
