We are seeking a Resident Doctor to join a private healthcare provider’s Critical Care Unit in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading medical team in a world-class setting, providing specialist care for patients requiring intensive treatment in a Level 2 and Level 3 Critical Care environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide critical care to patients within a Level 2 and Level 3 Critical Care Unit.
  • Assist in the management of complex, high-acuity patients, including those requiring intensive monitoring and therapeutic interventions.
  • Participate in patient management through daily rounds, clinical assessments, and care delivery.
  • Be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with consultants and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.
  • Actively contribute to audits, quality improvement projects, and the development of care standards.
  • Take part in training and mentorship of junior medical staff.

 

Essential Requirements:

 

  • Full GMC registration with a current license to practice in the UK.
  • Post-graduate qualification such as FRCA, FICM, MRCEM, MRCP, or equivalent (desirable).
  • NHS-trained in Intensive Care Medicine or Anaesthesia at ST5 level or above (or equivalent).
  • Experience working in a Level 3 Critical Care Unit.
  • Competency in managing complex airways and delivering critical care independently.
  • ALS certification (current).
