Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Unit Manager or Deputy Manager to work in their fantastic nursing home based near the Huddersfield area. This home provides care for nursing, residential and dementia residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment, working as part of a multi disciplinary team.
The Candidate
This role is an exciting opportunity a Unit Manager or Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge. The candidate is required to have previous experience in the nursing home setting, strong clinical knowledge is ideal but not essential and a passion for elderly and dementia care.
Requirements
1 years experience as a Deputy Manager or Unit manager
Previous Nursing Home experience Elderly/Dementia Nursing experience Genuine passion for elderly care
Location
This role is based near the Huddersfield area and is easily commutable from Leeds, Bradford, Halifax, Wakefield, and surrounding areas.
