Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager to work in their fantastic nursing home based near the Witham area.  This home provides care for nursing and dementia residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment,  working as part of a multi disciplinary team, nurse management experience as well as having strong clinical skills.

This role is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Nurse looking to take a step up in their clinical career or  a Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead looking for a new challenge. The candidate is required to have previous experience in the nursing home setting, strong clinical knowledge and a passion for elderly and dementia care.                                                                                                                                                                               

Requirements                                                                                                                                                                                 

Qualified Nurse (RGN)                                                                                                                                                                               

Previous Nursing Home experience                                                                                                                                                                       

Elderly/Dementia Nursing experience                                                                                                                                                                             

Strong Clinical Skills                                                                                                                                                                                  

Genuine passion for elderly care                                                                                                                         

Leadership experience within a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager capacity for at least two years                                                                                                                                                                                

Interview Process                                                                                                                                                                         

There is a 2 stage interview process -                                                                                                                                                                  

Stage 1 – Interview with the Home Manager  

Stage 2 – Formal interview with Home Manager & Regional Director

This role is based just outside of the Witham area and is easily commutable from Tiptree, Chelmsford, Kelvedon, Colchester, Coggeshall Hamlet, Cressing, Halstead, Marks Tey, Broomfield, Braintree, Maldon and Little Baddow.
