Salary: £37,000 per annum
Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week
Requirement: previous experience as a deputy manager
Working Hours
(Monday – Friday): 08:00pm to 04:00pm

This role is ideal for an experienced care professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding care services. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, lead and support carers, and ensure the highest standards of care are met.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking an enthusiastic Deputy Manager with:
- At least 2 years of experience in Residential Care Home or a similar setting
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Deputy position
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- An NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience using Microsoft Word & Outlook

This role is based in Maidstone, Kent, and is easily accessible from surrounding areas such as Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Ashford, Sittingbourne, Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham, and the wider Medway and West Kent regions.
