Salary: £14 P/H
Hours: 42 Hours per week on rolling rota, 4 days on 4 days off.
Location: Huddersfield
Qualification: NVQ Level 3

Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Manager to work in their fantastic residential home based near the Huddersfield area. This home provides care for moderate to severe dementia residents and also offers respite care. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a residential home environment and experience working with residents with moderate to complex dementia.
The Candidate
This role is an exciting opportunity for a Deputy manager looking to join a fast growing care provider and join a well established team. The candidate is required to have previous experience in the residential home setting with a strong passion for elderly and dementia care.
Requirements
NVQ Level 3
Previous Residential Home experience
Elderly/Dementia experience
Strong Clinical Skills
Genuine passion for elderly care
Leadership experience within a Deputy Manager capacity for at least two years
Interview Process
1 stage interview process with the Regional manager & the Home manager
Location
This role is based in the Primrose Hill area and is easily commutable from Almondbury, Lepton, Linthwait, Golcar, Rawthorpe, Lindley, Outlane, Honley and South Crosland.
