Location: Feltham,  Surrey
Salary: £60,000 per annum + bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday) with occasional weekend spot checks
Contract: Full Time | Supernumerary

The Opportunity

An award-winning residential and dementia care home is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join its leadership team. This is a fully supernumerary role, focused on maintaining operational excellence, driving quality standards, and supporting team development in a busy, high-performing home.

This is an exciting opportunity for a high-energy, values-led leader to make a significant impact in a well-established and busy care service.

The Role

The Deputy Manager will:

• Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
• Drive high standards of care, compliance, and quality
• Oversee audits and governance
• Mentor and develop the care team
• Promote a positive, resident-focused culture

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Deputy Manager within a care home (essential)
• Clinical background welcomed but not essential
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
• Experience with residential and dementia care services
• Not suitable for step-up candidates or hospital/community-only backgrounds

The ideal candidate is confident, energetic, and values-led, capable of leading a busy, award-winning service while nurturing a dedicated team.

Interview Process

Two-stage process:

• Stage 1 – Online Teams interview
• Stage 2 – Face-to-face interview with Home Manager, HR and Operations

Location

The home is based near the Feltham area and is easily commutable Sunbury-on-Thames, Staines-upon-Thames, Weybridge, Walton-on-Thames, Chertsey, Kingston upon Thames, Ashford, Woking, Hampton and Twickenham.
