Are you an experienced Digital Marketing professional looking to step into a management role where you can shape strategy, lead a team and drive business growth?

We're working with a leading homecare provider to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager to join its growing marketing team during an exciting period of investment and expansion.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you'll lead the day-to-day delivery of digital marketing activity across customer acquisition and recruitment while managing a small digital team.

This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to take initiative and drive projects, with responsibility for improving lead generation, website performance and campaign effectiveness while supporting the wider business growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimise PPC, Paid Social, SEO, CRM and email marketing campaigns.
Drive website optimisation and improve customer journeys through data and analytics.
Monitor campaign performance, ROI and lead generation using GA4 and CRM reporting.
Lead, coach and develop Digital Marketing Assistants.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver digital marketing objectives.
Support budget management, reporting and continuous campaign optimisation.

The Ideal Candidate

You'll have previous experience in a Digital Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing role, with strong knowledge of PPC, Paid Social, SEO, GA4 and CRM platforms.

We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, data-driven and confident managing projects and people. Previous experience within healthcare or another lead generation environment would be advantageous.
