Compass Associates is working with a valued client in their recruitment of a Director of Operations. The client operates a portfolio of luxury elderly care homes across the South of England and seeks someone to work closely with the operational team to implement the company’s strategy over the coming years. This is an exciting time to join an organisation that is recruiting to help strengthen its senior management team due to the success of its current portfolio and the future growth of the business. This will be a great opportunity for a senior leader to further develop luxury care homes with strong foundations and industry leading reputation whilst also having oversight on the development of new services.
As a Director of Operations, you will oversee a portfolio of luxury elderly care homes and work with the executive leadership team to manage the operational performance of the company, leading and supporting the operational team, and implementing their growth strategy. The role requires someone who can commit to traveling across the south of England and has a firm understanding of the self-funded elderly care market, whilst also working alongside the quality team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience working within a senior operational position, and you will need to demonstrate your ability to run a successful portfolio of elderly homes. Please note that these homes operate in the self-funded market, and experience within the area is required.

This is a regional role covering areas across London, Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire.
