Compass Associates are excited to partner with a respected senior living provider to appoint an experienced Director of Sales for a luxury Independent Living community, located locally to Fort Collins, CO. This high-end, 135 unit community is looking for a dynamic sales leader to drive occupancy and revenue, ensuring that every resident finds a home that best suits their needs.
As the Director of Sales, you will play a key role in establishing the community's presence and success in the local market. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing creative marketing strategies to generate interest, managing sales efforts to achieve maximum occupancy, and fostering relationships with prospective residents and their families.

Our client is a well-established, medium-sized senior living provider with a stellar reputation across multiple states. They offer a supportive, team-oriented work environment and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services to seniors.
Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Sales Director with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within senior living or independent living settings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of increasing occupancy and maximizing community revenue, while also demonstrating outstanding customer service and communication skills. Creativity in marketing and an empathetic approach to working with seniors are essential.
Key Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Sales or Sales Management within Senior Living or Independent Living (required).
Proven success in increasing occupancy rates and achieving revenue targets.
Strong passion for working with seniors and delivering exceptional service.
Creative marketing and sales strategies to attract and retain residents.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Location:
The community is located near Fort Collins, CO and easily accessible from Wellington, Masonville, Johnstoen Lucerne, Windsor, and surrounding areas.
Compensation & Benefits:
This role offers a competitive base salary of $90,000 - $95,000, with the potential to earn $130,000+ OTE through commissions and bonuses. In addition, the company provides an excellent benefits package.
