Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 (Flexible DOE) + Monthly Bonus and Benefits
Employment Type: Full-Time - Tuesday to Saturday: 09:00 - 17:30 

Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a luxury Opticians, a stylish, award-winning independent optical practice located in Nottingham’s thriving professional quarter. Established in 2008, this practice is known for its patient-led approach, cutting-edge technology, and hand-selected, fashion-forward eyewear.

We are seeking a qualified Dispensing Optician to join their dynamic front-of-house team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about optics, fashion, and exceptional service. Whether you’re newly qualified or an experienced Optical Assistant looking to complete your DO course, this forward-thinking practice will support your professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalised styling and dispensing consultations
• Work with a wide range of lens manufacturers to meet diverse patient needs, including vision therapy, tints, and sportswear
• Participate in social media and patient engagement activities
• Support and contribute to the continuous development of the practice

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Dispensing Optician (newly qualified or experienced)
• Opportunity for an Experienced Optical Assistant to undertake Dispensing Optician course
• A keen interest in eyewear trends and fashion styling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, enthusiastic team player
