We are recruiting on behalf of a leading home care organisation based in Manchester who are looking to recruit a Domiciliary Registered Manager to support in the management, development and growth of the business.
Domiciliary Registered Manager Responsibilities:
To be considered for the Domiciliary Registered Manager role you will hold or be working towards and NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care and have management experience within the care industry, preferably in domiciliary care. You will have an in depth understanding of CQC assessment criteria for Good or Outstanding scores.
In return you will receive a competitive Domiciliary Registered Manager salary of £40,000 - £45,000+ bonus, benefits and a generous, performance-based bonus structure.
