Overview
Compass is supporting a specialist provider of care for people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to recruit a Dual Registered Service Manager for two residential services in Nottinghamshire. Both services focus on person-centred care, independence, and wellbeing in a supportive environment.
The Candidate
As the Dual Registered Service Manager, you will report to the Area Director and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of both services. You will lead and support the staff team, ensure high-quality, person-centred care, maintain CQC compliance, and promote wellbeing and development for both staff and the people supported. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: £39,000 - £42,000 per annum, plus benefits including:

Essential Criteria
Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (support for Level 4 and 5 available)
Previous experience as a Service Manager in Residential or Supported Living services
Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
Knowledge of CQC standards, regulations, and quality frameworks
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Flexibility to work on a shift basis and be on call
Commitment to delivering person-centred care and maximising independence

This role is based in Nottinghamshire.
