We are partnering with a respected and long-established elderly care provider to recruit an experienced Home Manager for a well-performing care home in West London.

The home is stable, settled and CQC rated “Good” (2023), but now requires renewed energy, fresh leadership and a progressive approach to take it forward.

This provider operates a portfolio of established care homes across England and is known for its values-led, person-centred approach to care. The organisation places a strong emphasis on quality, stability and long-term leadership, offering Home Managers meaningful autonomy alongside central support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong, visible leadership across an established elderly care service
• Maintain and enhance care quality, governance and regulatory compliance
• Lead, motivate and support a long-serving staff team through a period of change
• Embed a positive, open and inclusive culture across the home

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Home Manager within elderly care
• Nurse Qualified
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
• Confident leading established teams and managing change sensitively
• Strong understanding of CQC frameworks and quality improvement
• Calm, values-driven leader with a hands-on, approachable style

• Established elderly care service offering nursing, dementia and residential care
• Good CQC rating (2023)
• Large Home with occupancy generally good
• Stable staffing group with strong local knowledge

Location

The home is based in West London and is easily commutable from surrounding boroughs and key transport routes.
