Compass Associates are proud to be working with a leading hospital, located in Manchester, who are currently in search for a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join their multidisciplinary team, leading the way in providing high-quality care for individuals living with endometriosis. Rated ‘Outstanding’ by the CQC, this hospital is recognised for their state-of-the-art facilities, advanced technology and their focus on holistic care.  

          

The Role

As an Endometriosis CNS, you will deliver exceptional, patient centred care, while ensuring that each individual receives the tailored support they deserve.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Manage a clinical caseload
  • Support patients throughout their journey, from diagnosis to ongoing management
  • Provide expert advice to patients and their families
  • Assess the patient’s holistic needs throughout their pathway, ensuring that any needs are supported
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to create personalise care plans for patients
  • Provide expert knowledge and education to the nursing team
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of endometriosis and provide support to women

 

This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hours per week, which will be worked Monday to Friday with no weekend requirement.

  

Requirements            

  • RGN with NMC Registration
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Extensive experience working within Endometriosis
  • Previous experience working as a CNS, Specialist Nurse or similar level
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good leadership skills
