Compass Associates are excited to be working alongside a leading senior living provider to recruit an experienced Executive Director for this luxury / high-end 100+ unit community, located locally to Richmond, VA. Recently refurbished and with full occupancy (plus waiting list), this community is renowned for its long-term residents and high-end amenities.
We are seeking a dynamic, results driven and experienced operational leader with a passion for delivering a first class service to senior residents. The Executive Director will be responsible for the operational excellence and oversight of this thriving community, inclusive of leading a high performance team across resident service delivery, maintenance, housekeeping, sales & marketing, activities and food service.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience with a successful and evidenced track record in a similar capacity, ideally within Senior Housing or Independent Living / Assisted Living. My Client are looking for a passionate, energetic individual with excellent communication skills and first class levels of customer service.
Requirements
3 Years experience as an Executive Director / General Manager or similar within Senior Living / Independent Living (Ideal).
OR 3 years experience as a General Manager within hospitality / hotel management
Evidenced and successful track record of increasing occupancy
Passion for senior living
Excellent customer service skills
Location
The community is based locally to Richmond, VA and is commutable from; Wyndham, Manakin, Glen Allen, Rockville, Ashland and surrounding areas.
Compensation & Benefits:
This role offers a competitive base salary of $100,000 - $125,000, plus bonus. In addition, the company provides an excellent benefits package.
