Head of Business Development – Rehabilitation & MSK Services
Location: Home-based with regular travel to offices in Chorley, Preston, and Liverpool
Salary: £50,000 - £55000 per annum dependant on experience plus uncapped commission structure, travel allowance and additional benefits
Reports to: Senior Management Team
About the Role:
Compass Associates are working in partnership with a community-based rehabilitation service in their pursuit of an experienced and dynamic Head of Business Development to drive the growth and development of their divisions. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leadership role in a thriving business, working across multiple locations and divisions with a focus on both business development and cross-selling opportunities.

Travel and Office Presence:
This is primarily a home-based role, with the need to travel to offices in Chorley, Preston, and Liverpool approximately twice per month. You will also have regular interactions with senior teams based in Manchester and work with clients across the UK.
Commission Structure:
This role offers uncapped commission, with KPIs set during the annual budget round. The commission will be linked to achieving growth and sales objectives across both divisions, with an opportunity to be rewarded for performance.
