A small animal practice in Bristol is seeking to add to their clinical nursing squad with a new Head RVN. You will oversee a team of a dozen nurses, care assistant, and auxiliary staff to both grow their clinical expertise, practice turnover and client care. The site has a lot of training and development available for both students, EMS placements and staff so a good interest in CPD is critical for success. As the Head Nurse, you work closely with both the clinical and upper management to create a seamless patient pathway, and an excellent environment for nurses to succeed. You will still work clinically across the practice to be a visible leader amongst the clinical staff.
There is no OOH, 1 in 5 weekends and open to discussion on what hours you would need.
