We are working with a care provider seeking a passionate and experienced Home Manager to lead a small elderly residential care home in Maidstone. The service is currently undergoing a turnaround and requires a confident and capable leader to provide strong operational oversight, stabilise the service, and drive improvements in quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and operational oversight of a small elderly residential care home.
• Lead the turnaround of the service by improving standards, compliance, and overall performance.
• Recruit, develop, and support a motivated and high-performing staff team.
• Ensure the home maintains strong governance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, local authorities, and community partners.
• Drive improvements in quality of care, occupancy, and team engagement.
