We are working with a care provider seeking a passionate and experienced Home Manager to lead a small elderly residential care home in Maidstone. The service is currently undergoing a turnaround and requires a confident and capable leader to provide strong operational oversight, stabilise the service, and drive improvements in quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership and operational oversight of a small elderly residential care home.

- Ensure the home maintains strong governance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
