Registered Home Manager – Nursing & Dementia Care

Location: Dorchester, Dorset.
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum plus bonus 

The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Home Manager to take the lead at a small, welcoming nursing home in the Dorchester area. The home provides specialist nursing and dementia care in a safe, supportive, and homely environment, with a strong emphasis on dignity, respect, and person-centred support.

This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and capable leader who wants to make a real difference in a smaller, community-focused setting with a growing organisation.

About You
You will be an experienced home manager with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care. You’ll combine excellent leadership and communication skills with a sound understanding of CQC requirements and a commitment to continuous improvement.

You will have:

• Previous experience managing a nursing or care home
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and best practice in care
• The ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and professionals
• A proactive approach to ensuring the smooth and successful running of the home
