The Role
Compass Associates are pleased to be working alongside a fantastic care provider, who operate across the UK with a range of nursing, residential and dementia care homes in their portfolio. The business are now seeking a new manager to join their team, in a new opportunity based around Huddersfield.
Previous management experience is essential for this role to be able to support the growth and development of the foundations already in place. To be able to achieve this, autonomy will be given to the manager and the senior management team will support where needed.
The Candidate
Ideally, the successful manager will come from a background of turnaround or be able to evidence a history of high performance with CQC. They will hold a passion for dementia care and look to motivate their staff, taking a hands-on approach when it comes to their guidance. In order to ensure compliance is met across the home, the Home Manager will put a focus on improving person-centred care and implementing new ideas.

Location
The role is commutable from: Huddersfield, Bradford, Wakefield, Barnsley, Dewsbury, Holmfirth, Brighouse, Morley and Hoyland.
Summary
My client is seeking an established Home Manager, with a background in elderly care. The manager will be keen to take the reins of the service; improving the quality of care for residents, liaising with the local authority and external stakeholders, and promoting the development of their staffing team.
