Salary: £90,000 per annum + 40% bonus

We are recruiting for an experienced Home Manager to lead Hazelwood Care Home, a well-established elderly residential service with a strong local reputation and good CQC rating.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of an elderly residential care home
- Maintain high standards of care and CQC compliance
- Drive and sustain occupancy levels within a competitive local market
- Lead, support, and develop a stable staff team
- Build relationships with residents, families, and local stakeholders
- Oversee recruitment and local marketing activity
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Home Manager within elderly care
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Commercial awareness, particularly around occupancy and marketing
- Proven track record of maintaining compliance and quality standards
