Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for an experienced Home Manager for a beautiful elderly residential home based near Stowmarket. You will be joining a growing, non-corporate organisation that prides themselves on offering a supportive working structure, fantastic growth opportunity and a chance to work with a leading care brand that truly values its Home Managers. This role would suit a Home Manager that is passionate about care and has experience successfully managing an elderly care service. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality person-centered care in line with CQC regulations, supporting/developing a new staff team along with ensuring the financial performance of the home.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience as a Home Manager and show you have a strong understanding of CQC criteria, along with having a track history of achieving 'Good' - 'Outstanding' CQC reports. You will also need to have a strong commercial understanding and be confident managing financially stable care homes. The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care service. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, ensure that first class care is always delivered and an understanding of delivering exceptional customer care. The company are looking for the best talent in the sector and only want to hire people who are driven and determined to make a difference to people's lives.

The home is based near Stowmarket and is a suitable commute from Thetford, Newmarket, Cambridge, Haverhill, Sudbury, Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich, Colchester and Hadley.
